Diagnostic engagements run on a tight five-day cycle. Fractional engagements begin with a structured onboarding week and operate on a recurring weekly cadence. Both follow the same disciplined approach.

Kickoff & Intake

A 30-minute working call and a structured intake. We pull the data and context required for the engagement: churn, pipeline, NRR, and account-level signal.

Diagnose

Quiet analysis. Account-by-account scoring. Pattern identification across the book. Framework development against your specific data.

Deliver

Written artifacts and structured guidance. For diagnostics: four artifacts shipped at once. For fractional: weekly working sessions and async support.

Operate

Leadership readout for diagnostics; ongoing executive presence for fractional. Either way, the engagement ends when the team is operating better than when we started.

Engagement Terms & Policies

Payment Terms

Diagnostic engagements are billed on a 50% deposit, 50% on delivery basis. Fractional engagements are billed monthly in advance. All deposits are due at engagement commencement and are non-refundable once work has begun.

Refund Policy

If Cash Consulting is unable to deliver the contracted scope within the agreed timeline due to circumstances on our end, deposits are fully refundable. Refund requests can be submitted to matt@cashconsulting.co.

Confidentiality & Data

Cash Consulting does not share client data with third parties. All data provided during engagements — customer lists, retention data, financial information — is treated as strictly confidential and is deleted within 30 days of engagement close unless the client requests otherwise in writing.

Terms of Service

By engaging Cash Consulting, clients agree to the scope, timeline, and pricing outlined in their individual engagement agreement. Work product delivered is licensed for internal use by the contracting organization. All engagements are governed by the laws of the State of Georgia.
